Boundary Changes

The District Council received a request from Tandridge Parish Council to change the name of the Lingfield & Crowhurst ward to ‘Lingfield, Crowhurst & Tandridge’. This followed the boundary review which was concluded last year and resulted in Tandridge Parish being moved from Oxted North & Tandridge into Lingfield & Crowhurst. The ward name was left unchanged by the Boundary Commission.

The Council’s Strategy & Resources Committee yesterday agreed to proceed with a consultation on the proposed change of name for the Lingfield & Crowhurst ward.
